1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within one (1) to two (2) business days after successful payment has been received and verified.

Orders placed after our daily processing cut-off time, on weekends, or on Malaysian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During promotional campaigns, festive seasons, or periods of exceptionally high order volumes, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

2. Shipping Coverage

Astute Clinic currently delivers throughout Malaysia, including:

  • West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia)
  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)

At this time, international shipping is not available. Should this service become available, this policy will be updated accordingly.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after your order has been dispatched are:

West Malaysia 2–4 business days
East Malaysia 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, remote locations, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Any free shipping promotions or minimum purchase requirements will be clearly communicated on our website and may be amended or withdrawn without prior notice.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier tracking link.

Customers are encouraged to monitor their shipment using the tracking information provided.

6. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

Astute Clinic shall not be responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to Astute Clinic due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply before the parcel can be re-dispatched.

7. Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Courier operational delays
  • Public holidays
  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Peak shopping periods
  • Force majeure events
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

Astute Clinic shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or events outside our reasonable control.

8. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Deliveries

If your parcel:

  • arrives damaged;
  • contains an incorrect product;
  • has missing item(s); or
  • appears to have been tampered with,

please notify Astute Clinic within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving your parcel.

To assist us in investigating your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number;
  • Clear photographs of:
    • the outer packaging;
    • the shipping label;
    • the product(s) received; and
    • any visible damage or issue.

Failure to notify us within 48 hours may affect our ability to investigate and resolve the matter with the courier.

Please note that return eligibility and refund requests are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept the parcel, or incorrect delivery information, the parcel may be returned to Astute Clinic.

Re-delivery may be arranged upon request, subject to payment of any additional shipping charges incurred.

10. Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer upon successful delivery of the parcel to the shipping address provided during checkout.

Customers are encouraged to ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address.
